【摘要】 目的　调查分析护理专业学生心理健康状况及与自尊水平的关系。方法　采用SCL - 90及SES对 2 79名护理专业学生进行测评 ,对SCL - 90和SES评分作相关分析。结果　护理专业学生SCL - 90抑郁和恐怖因子分高于常模 ,而躯体化、敌对和偏执因子分显著较低。相关分析结果显示 ,SES评分与SCL - 90各项评分存在负相关。结论　护理专业学生存在一定的心理健康问题 ,提示针对该人群开展心理健康教育 ,提高自尊水平 ,对促进心理健康具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the correlation between mental health and self-esteem in nursing students.Methods 279 nursing students were surveyed with SCL-90 and TAS, and the relationship of SCL-90 and SES scores were analyzed.Results Nursing students showed a higher score on SCL-90 depression and phobia subscale, but less score on summarization, hostile and paranoia subscale than Chinese norm. A negative correlation were fond between SCL-90 and TAS scores.Conclusion There were some mental problem in the nursing student sample, and it is suggested that raising self-esteem, psychological health education and consultation were important to improve mental health level for the population.更多还原
