【摘要】 目的观察急性低容量血液稀释(ANNHD)对骨科手术病人的凝血功能有无影响。方法22例骨科手术病人采用气管内插管静吸复合麻醉,术中应用ANNHD维持MAP,并测定术前、术中及术后Hb、Hct、PLT、PT、FIB、APPT、TT。结果采用ANNHD方法后,Hct、Hb、Plt、FIB明显上升,而PT、APTT、TT无明显改变。结论ANNHD方法对骨科手术病人机体凝血功能无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of ANNHD to the blood coagulation of patient. Methods Twenty-two patients undergoing orthopedic surgery with general anesthesia were enrolled in this study. During operation, ANNHD was used to maintain the MAP. Hct, Hb, platelet count(Plt), FIB, activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)were detected preoperation, during operation and post operation. Results Hct, Hb, Plt, and FIB were raised significantly after ANNHD used. There was no significant difference in PT,APTT and TT. Conclusion Using ANNHD induced no significant effects on blood coagulation.更多还原
