【摘要】 我院自1994年制定了与国际接轨的住院医师规范化培训方案、考核详细标准及相配套的管理制度 ,对本院住院医师实施至今 ,取得满意效果。经推广受到医疗界的广泛关注及较高评价。随着卫生事业改革的迅猛发展 ,竞争的加剧 ,对卫生专业队伍的职业素质提出越来越高的要求。特别是随着我国加入WTO ,医疗市场的人才竞争日趋激烈 ,住院医师培训将与国际全面接轨走向流动层。2003年我院做出决策———面向社会招收住院医师培训 ,并针对外院住院医师培训设计了新型运行模式进行探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Sir Run Run ShawHospital has practiced the standardized resident training program composed of training plan,evaluating standard and administrative institution since1994.This program is adopted from the American system of resident educational program comˉbining with the Chinese training system.This program has been implemented in this hospital with a successful result and obtained a high appraisal in medical circle.With the rapid development of medical care and the entering of WHO,the medical facilities are facing a more competitive market.This requires the hospital probe into a newsystemof physician training.In2003the hospital decided to open this resident training program to the physicians from other medical facilities in order to popularize this program.更多还原
