蛋白质分子进化过程中氨基酸替代数估计和距离测度的统计方法
Statistical Methods of Estimating of Substitution Number of Amino Acids and Measure of Evolution Distance in Molecualar Evolution of Protein
【摘要】 氨基酸替代数的估计是测定蛋白质分子间进化距离的基本统计方法,是研究蛋白质分子进化的基础.估计氨基酸替代数和测定两个氨基酸序列间进化距离的统计方法分别是p距离、PC距离和Г距离的计算模型.同时,本文还对各个模型的特点作了比较.
【Abstract】 Estimating of substitution number of amino acids is basic statistic methods of measuring evolution distance between proteins,which is the base of researching molecular evolution of protein.In this paper,author discussed statistical method of estimating of substitution number of amino acids and measuring of evolution distance between amino acids sequences.These statistical methods are calculation model of p-distance measure,PC-distance measure and Г-distance measure,respectively.Meanwhile,author further discussed character of the calculation models.
