有限元法计算铝带轧机的辊系变形
Finite element analysis of rolls deformation on aluminum strip mill
【摘要】 用ANSYS有限元方法建立了铝带轧机辊系变形数学模型,分别计算了不同轧件宽度时各轧制道次辊缝处轧辊的变形,以及工作辊与支持辊间的压扁和压力的轴向分布,分析了不同轧件宽度时各道次铝带的比例凸度及对板形的影响,与现场板形目测情况吻合。该计算方法可用做厚度大于0.1mm的铝带轧机辊系变形数学模型。
【Abstract】 The rolls deformation maths model of the aluminum foil mill is established by a finite element measure.The work roll deformation in the roll gap and the deformation & perssure between the work roll and back-up roll of every pass under different width of aluminum foil are calculated,the influence on the profile of different width aluminum foil proportion crown of every pass is explained.It is coincident to the locale profile by eyes.This method can be used as the maths model of the aluminum foil mill rolls deformation when the thichness of the aluminum foil is bigger than 0.1mm.
