【摘要】 针对山西华泽铝电有限公司进口碳黑窑炉所排放的烟气中粉尘浓度低、SO2浓度相对较高、烟气温度高等特点,阐述了采用旋流板塔双碱法脱硫除尘技术的工艺流程、工作原理,并对系统的工程设计和工艺控制原理进行了分析。

【Abstract】 The paper describes the process of double alkali de-sulpher and de-dust of cyclone plate tower and its working principle referring to the issues such as lower concentration of dust,higher concentration of SO2 and higher temperature of fume discharged from the impoted carbon black kiln.It also analyzes the engineering design and the control principle.
