【摘要】 目的:探讨胃癌组织中的CGA、SY、GAS、SS、5-HT的表达及临床意义。方法:采用即用型免疫组化微波加热法对56例胃癌癌灶及癌旁3cm处正常胃组织中的CGA、SY、GAS、SS、5-HT等NE进行检测。结果:①胃癌旁3cm处正常胃组织中NE的CGA阳性表达率为55.35%(31/56),胃癌癌灶CGA阳性表达率为53.57%(30/56)。胃窦部以GAS多见,占55.55%(15/27);②不同组织学类型的胃癌中均有不等量的NE,分化差的胃癌中CGA和SY阳性表达率分别为52.50%(21/40)和30%(12/40);分化好的胃癌中CGA和SY阳性表达率分别为56.25%(9/16)和18.75%(3/16);③胃癌临床分期以Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期为多见,CGA阳性表达率分别为48.15%(13/27)和80%(4/5)。结论:胃内不同部位发生的胃癌中均见不等量的NE,并构成胃癌的成分;分化差及临床Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期的胃癌中含阳性表达的NE多见;在化疗前对胃癌的NE检测,有助于临床联合用药的合理选择及预后判断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the expression of CGA、SY、GAS、SS、5-HT in gastric cancer tissue. Methods: The gastric cancer samples were collected from our hospital between Jan 2003 and Jun 2004 by surgery. The CGA、SY、GAS、SS、5-HT from 56 samples (in gastric cancer core and paracancer 3cm normal gastric tissue) and NE were measured by immediate immunohistochemical microwave heating method. Results: The CGA positive expression was 55.35% and 53.57% in the normal gastric tissue and the cancer tissue respectively. The CGA and SY positive expression in undifferentiated cancer was 52.50% and 30.0%; but 56.25% and 18.75% in differentiation. The CGA expression rate was 48.15% and 80% in III and IV gastric cancer respectively. Conclusions: NE is the main content of gastric cancer. Expression of NE is more in II and IV gastric cancer. Our study is beneficial to treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer.更多还原
