有机固体废弃物生化产甲烷潜能测定标准方法
Standard method for determining biochemical methane potential of organic solid waste
【摘要】 生化产甲烷潜能(BM P)测定过程所采用的不同操作条件会造成结果显著偏差,需要一种标准方法来增强一般实验结果的可比性。通过对比样品粒径、样品浓度、污泥比率、预处理条件、培养温度等因素对甲烷产率和反应时间的影响,寻找BM P测定的最适标准条件。实验得出的标准化BM P测定方法条件为:样品浓度(挥发性固体)2 g/L,污泥浓度(挥发性固体)1 g/L,样品粒径0.9 mm,培养温度38℃,并选用葡萄糖和纤维素作为标准参考物质。高温消解会生成难降解的物质,使实验结果不具代表性,在标准方法中不采用高温消解加速试验进程。
【Abstract】 Different operating conditions result in large errors when measuring the biochemical methane potential. A standard method is needed to improve the comparability of general experiment results. The impacts of sample size, sample concentration, sludge ratio, pretreatment conditions, and incubation temperature on the methane generation ratio and reaction duration were comparated to identify the most appropriate biochemical methane potential measurement conditions. The results indicate the standard conditions should use a sample concentration of 2 g/L volatile solid, a sludge concentration of 1 g/L, a sample size of 0.9 mm, and an incubation temperature of 38 ℃ with glucose and cellulose as the reference organic content. Pyrolysis pretreatment, which generates nondegradable compounds and reduces result reliability, should not be used in the standard method.
