压电陶瓷片与多种电路机电耦合的阻尼特性

【摘要】 为研究压电陶瓷片与不同外界电路并联耦合时的阻尼特性,建立了2种不同情况下并联压电陶瓷的阻尼特性模型。将并联压电陶瓷应用于悬臂梁振动系统,建立了4种不同条件下的传递函数模型,采用数值仿真方法研究了不同外界电路条件下,并联压电陶瓷对系统振动的影响,从一定角度验证了理论模型的正确性。仿真结果表明,压电陶瓷片与电阻负电容串连电路耦合时,具有较大的带宽,并能产生最大的阻尼。这种耦合方式可成为用于结构振动抑制的被动控制方法。

【Abstract】 The damping of piezoceramics coupled with two different types of electrical circuits were evaluated analytically. The damping was analyzed using the transfer function method for a cantilever beam system on which the piezoceramics were shunted by four different types of electrical circuits respectively. The simulation results show that the piezoceramic shunted by a series resistor-negative capacitor (SRNC) circuit exhibits the best damping of the dynamic response of the cantilever beam, including better bandwidth and the greatest damping. The results also show that the shunted piezoceramic can provide a passive vibration control method.
