热处理加热温度对6063-T6铝型材弯曲性能的影响
The Influence of Heating Temperature of Heat Treatment on Bending Properties of 6063-T6 Aluminium Alloy Profile
【摘要】 通过改变热处理加热温度,研究了经T6处理后的6063铝型材硬度、抗拉强度和伸长率的改变规律,发现6063-T6铝型材的上述性能随着热处理加热温度的提高,出现了波浪式的变化。经过金相组织分析发现,这主要是由于合金中的主要强化相Mg2Si和杂质相FeSiAl的大小、数量随着加热温度的变化而发生不同变化而引起的,以及合金晶粒随加热温度的升高而长大等因素综合作用的结果。找出了合金具有良好弯曲性能的加热温度,解决了6063-T6弯曲时易产生裂纹的问题,满足了弯曲加工的需要。
【Abstract】 At first,by altering the heating temperature of heat treatment the varying regularity of hardness,tensile strength and percent elongation of 6063 aluminium alloy treated by T6 was researched.The properties mentioned above show a wavelike change with the increase of the heating temperature of heat treatment.Then the main reason was attributed to the grain growth with the heating temperature and the size and quantity of the main strengthening phase Mg2Si and the impurity phase FeSiAl changing with the heating temperature of heat treatment.Finally,to solve the crack problem of this alloy occurring when bended,the heating temperature was found to produce a better bending property which can also satisfy the need of bending process.
