新型铝熔铸机组熔铸铝合金过程的工艺特点
Process Characteristics of New Type Aluminium Melting and Casting Machine Set in Production Line
【摘要】 阐述了新型铝熔铸机组的熔铝炉熔化速度快,热效率高;精炼装置有满意的除氢效果;有效降低了铸锭的裂纹倾向;低液位铸造可提高铸锭质量;实现了铝熔铸全过程的自动控制等工艺特点。
【Abstract】 The process characteristics of newly introduced melting and casting machine are explained from five aspects, such as high melting speed and heat efficiency of melting furnace ; satisfying result in degassing of refining equipment ; effectively decrease the tendency of slab crack ;low metal level casting may increase the slab quantity ; realizing auto control during casting.
