7075铝合金厚板表面气泡原因的分析
Analysis About Reason of Surface Air Bubbles on 7075 Alloy Plate
【摘要】 7075合金厚板表面经常出现气泡,通过对宏观组织和显微组织进行分析,找到了其表面气泡产生原因,对现场生产中避免板材表面气泡有参考作用。
【Abstract】 According to the phenomena that the surface air bubbles often appear on alloy 7075 plate,through systematic analysis to microscopic and macroscopic organization,we found out the reason and principle for the air bubbles,our conclusion has guiding meaning to scene production.
