金属连续超声焊接的试验研究
Study on Continuous Ultrasonic Metal Welding by Means of Experiments
【摘要】 进行了金属超声连续焊接的可行性试验及对影响金属超声连续焊接的速度、压力和功率3因素的工艺优化正交试验,分析了试验结果,阐述了3因素对金属超声连续焊接的影响规律
【Abstract】 The experiments of the factor level ranges for feasible technology and orthogonal experiments of line speed of the works, the pressure and power put on the welding works in continuously ultrasonic welding were done. The results are analyzed. The influences of three factors are expounded.
