氨基酸衍生物在胶束电动色谱下的分离研究
Study on the Separation of Amino Acids by Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography
【摘要】 采用新型荧光衍生试剂1,2苯并3,4二氢咔唑9乙基氯甲酸酯(BCEOC)作为柱前衍生试剂,利用毛细管电泳在胶束电动模式下对氨基酸进行了分离,考察试剂用于氨基酸分离的几个关键条件,实现了14种氨基酸的快速基线分离.
【Abstract】 A new method for the separation of amino acids by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography using 1,2-benzo-3,4-dihydrocarbazole-9-ethyl chloroformate(BCEOC) as derivatization agent has been developed.The effect of several key factors on the separation was studied.Under the proposed conditions,a good baseline resolution for 14 amino acid derivatives was achieved.
