【Abstract】 The objects are senior students in normal university majoring in maths. Through interview and observation, the authors find many disadvantages of pre-teachers: the teaching method is too simple; more emphasis is put on the completeness of teaching method so that the content is neglected; the linguistic expression isn’t very smooth. Based on these disadvantages, some advice are put forward to make new teacher improve themselves.更多还原
