差示扫描量热法确定5种氨基酸的热动力学参数
Determination of the Thermal Kinetic Parameters of Five Amino Acids by Differential Scanning Calorimeter
【摘要】 用差动热分析仪测得Gly、Ala、Val、Leu和Ile的DSC曲线 ,采用普适积分法和微分方程法通过逻辑选择确定了它们热动力学过程的最可几机理函数F(α) =[-ln(1-α) ]4,f(α) =(1/4) (1-α) [-ln(1-α) ]-3 ,并计算出相应的热动力学参数 ,发现热动力学参数随着R基的供电子效应的增强而降低 .
【Abstract】 The DSC curves of Gly, Ala,Val,Leu and Ile were determined by CDR-4P differential scanning calorimeter. The most probable mechanism functions:F(α)=[-ln(1-α)]4,f(α)= (1/4)(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]-3 were obtained by the universal integral and differential equation methods. At the same time, the thermal kinetic parameters were calculated respectively. It was found that the the magnitude of the thermal kinetic parameters for these amino acids decreased with the effect of R electron-donating groups.
