假性动脉瘤模型的影像学研究
Experimental image studies of pseudoaneurysm
【摘要】 目的阐明假性动脉瘤影相学特点,为临床诊断治疗提供理论依据。方法用创伤法制作假性动脉瘤动物模型10例,对动脉瘤进行彩色多普勒超声、CT、M R检查、动脉造影及解剖观察。结果除CT外各种检查方法对假性动脉瘤诊断均有特异性。结论彩色多普勒超声、动脉造影不但可以对假性动脉瘤诊断提供帮助而且为假性动脉瘤介入治疗提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Objective To elucidate the image behavior related to pseudoaneurysm. Methods The experimental animal model of tramatic pseudoaneurysm were made by means of trauma, the image behavior of pseudoaneurysm were studied in 10 animal models by Doppler ultrasound equipment,CT,MR and DSA. Results Pseudoaneurysm can be diagnosed specially by other above-mentioned methods except CT. Conclusion Not only could Doppler ultrasound equipment and DSA prove diagnosis but also rational basis of interventional therapy for pseudoaneurysm.
