【摘要】 目的探讨乙状结肠癌根治术输血中异体白细胞对患者免疫细胞检出率的影响。方法采用流式细胞术对乙状结肠癌根治术患者外周血的NK细胞、CTL细胞和单核/巨噬细胞的检出率进行了检测和术前后对比分析。结果输浓缩红细胞的乙状结肠癌根治术患者其外周血中的NK细胞、CTL细胞和单核/巨噬细胞的检出率均显著低于相应的无输血对照组(P<0.05);然而,浓缩RBC中的异体白细胞被去除后再输注的乙状结肠癌根治术患者其外周血中免疫细胞的检出率与无输血对照组的检出率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论乙状结肠癌根治术输血中的异体白细胞能引起患者免疫细胞水平明显下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of allogeneic leucocytes in blood transfusion on the level of immune cells in sigmoid colon cancer patients undergoing radical surgery.Methods The percentage of NK cells, CTL cells and monocyte/macrophage cells were measured and analyzed in these patients who had received radical surgery by flow cytometry.Results NK cells,CTL cells and monocyte/macrophage cells of these patients accepting RBC transfusion were significantly lower than those of control groups without transfusion.However,after the allogeneic leucocytes in RBC were removed,the percentage of immune cells of these patients with transfusion were not decreased more obviously than those of control groups.Conclusion The allogeneic leucocyte in blood transfusion could lead to significant decrease of the level of immune cells from these patients.更多还原
