【摘要】 目的　指导心脏机械瓣膜替换术后正确的抗凝治疗,以提高其长期生存率。方法　在心脏机械瓣膜替换术后不同时间段定期复查凝血酶原时间(PT)及凝血酶原时间比值(PTR),按其正常值的1~1.5 倍给以华法林治疗。结果　153例心脏机械瓣膜替换术后4个月~6年8个月时间内死亡5例,其中2例颅内出血、2例心脏骤停、1例术后肺癌;16例有月经增多、经期延长史,6例有牙银出血史,4例有皮下出血点,4例皮下瘀血癍史,其余均正常。结论　心脏机械瓣膜替换术后定时检测PT及PTR对指导华法用药量,防止栓塞及出血并症有着至关重要的作用,对提高心脏机械瓣膜替换术后患者长期生存率起着决定性的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To instruct the anticoagulation treatment for the patients after cardial machinical valve replacement operation using walfarin, and promove their long survival rate. Method To check the prothrombin time(PT) and prothrombin time ratio(PTR) in deferent period, make the PT 1～1.5 times than its normal result using warfarin. Result In total 153 patients: 5 died, 2 from cerebral bleeding, 2 cardial arresting, 1 lung cancer; 16 menostaxis and hypermenorrhea, 6 gingival bleeding, 4 subcutaneous hemorrhage, 4 ecchymoma, the others normal.Conclusion It is very important for the patients to check PT and PTR to instruct the warfarin dose and prevent from emblosm and bleeding, and improve the long survival rate.更多还原
