【摘要】 自改革开放特别是党的十五大以来,我国的行政法治建设取得了辉煌的成就,政府部门的法治意识和依法行政水平有了极大的提高,但这相对于依法治国的要求还存在一定的差距。因此,从行政立法、行政执法、行政法制监督三个层面对我国行政法治的现状进行分析,并对其存在的问题采取相应的完善措施,是“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的必然要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese Administrative Law has been perfected since the reform and opening to the outside world. The law awareness and the administration level has greatly improved, but there is still a gap. The paper analyses the status quo from such aspects as legislation,law enforcement and law supervision. We should take measures to solve the problems in order to build our country into a legal state.更多还原
