【摘要】 近期建设规划是应对规划体系弊端而出现的新的法定性规划类型,它的出现在很大程度上提高了总体规划的可操作性.然而,以用地和项目为导向的传统的近期建设规划方法在实践应用中却存在诸多弊端,这种可操作性并未能很好落实,因此,我们有必要引入新的规划理念,改进规划方法.在此,笔者以“活力空间”为基本切入点,认为活力空间是体现城市特色、经营城市的重要空间载体,是城市空间中的新的增长空间,应成为近期建设的重点.在此基础上提出以“活力空间”为导向的近期建设规划新方法,并以常州武进区为例,对此进行实践探讨.更多还原

【Abstract】 Immediate plan is to deal with the problem of current planning system and to improve the o-peration of the master plan. The traditional method of land-orientated and project-orientated immediate plan has limit to solve the problem of reality. It is necessary to find a new method. The paper proposes a conception of "vital space" and vital-orientated immediate plan, which is important to reflect the cha-racteristics and economy of a city.
