【Abstract】 As the subject of market economy, enterprises must pursue the key competitiveness of sustainabledevelopment. Meanwhile, enterprise, key competitiveness has been the subject matter of strategic theoretical researchand stratege practice all the time. In terms of focus strategy, this text will transfer the view-point of study to the insideof enterprises from the relations of enterprises and external to search for the inherent and profound reasons which coulddetermine the enterprises’ development.
