以表面负载季铵盐阳离子型苯/丙乳胶粒为模板制备ZrO2空心微球
Preparation of ZrO2 Hollow Spheres Using Poly-(styrene-acrylic acid) Cationic Latex Particles Loaded with Quaternary Ammonium Salt as a Template
【摘要】 以C9油与甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化胺的共聚物P(C9-DMC)为乳化剂制备苯/丙阳离子乳胶粒,并以其为模板,利用直接包覆法制备了由17 nm左右微晶体堆成的ZrO2空心微球。所制得的样品采用FT-IR、XRD、TEM和SEM等进行了表征。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the poly-(styrene-acrylic acid) (PSA) cationic latex loaded with quaternary ammonium salt on its surface was prepared using P(C9-DMC) as a emulsifier. With PSA as a template, ZrO2 hollow spheres composed of tiny crystalloid which was 17 nm in size were successfully prepared by coating directly on PSA. The samples were characterized by FT-IR, XRD, TEM and SEM.
