席夫碱自组装膜分子结构对Cu缓蚀性能的影响
Effect of Molecular Structure of Schiff Base SAMs on Protection Performance to Cu Corrosion
【摘要】 通过比较两种典型结构的席夫碱自组装膜,研究了成膜分子结构对自组装膜质量及其缓蚀性能的影响。分别用电化学交流阻抗技术、稳态极化法和X射线光电子能谱方法,对所形成的自组装膜(SAMs)进行表征,并比较了对铜基底的缓蚀性能。结果表明,席夫碱分子中含有长直链烷基时,得到的SAMs具有更好的质量,有利于提高对铜基底的缓蚀效率。
【Abstract】 Self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of two typical Schiff bases were prepared. The quality and protection performance against aqueous corrosion to copper of the resulted film were evaluated by electrochemical impedance technique, steady state polarization and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results indicated that the long hydrocarbon chain in the molecular structure of the Schiff base could obviously improve the quality of SAMs and enhance the corrosion protection of SAMs.
