含六氢吡啶的新三唑类化合物的合成及其生物活性研究
Studies on Synthesis and Bioactivity of Novel Triazole Compounds Containing Hexahydropyridine
【摘要】 以取代苯乙酮、六氢吡啶、三氮唑为主要原料,设计并合成了4种新型含六氢吡啶三唑类化合物,IR、1HNMR和元素分析确定了它们的结构。初步生物活性测试表明,此类化合物有一定的杀菌活性。
【Abstract】 Four novel triazole compounds containing hexahydropridine were synthesized using substituted acetophenones, hexahydropyridines and triazole as raw materials. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR and EA. Preliminary bioactive test shows that the synthesized compounds exhibit some fungicidal activity.
