超稠油化学降粘脱水技术

【摘要】 针对辽河油田曙一区超稠油的基本性质,开发出高效降粘脱水剂,以解决现行工业生产中超稠油脱水时间长、能耗高、占用较多沉降罐的问题。利用自主开发的降粘脱水剂和破乳剂的协同作用,实现了超稠油的快速脱水。考察了破乳剂类型、脱水剂用量、温度、混合强度等操作条件对辽河超稠油脱水效果的影响。优化的工艺脱水条件为:破乳剂和脱水剂用量均为200μg·g-1、混合温度90 ℃、沉降温度85 ℃、沉降时间36 h,此时净化油含水量可降至5%以下。并且经脱水处理后,原油粘度的降幅可达40%以上,改善了油品的储运性能,有利于超稠油的后续加工。

【Abstract】 Based on the properties of extra-heavy oil in Liaohe oilfield and problems of the present deaquation process, some new dehydrants were developed to solve these problems. The higher deaquation efficiency of extra-heavy oil was achieved by combining the developed demulsifier and dehydrant. The effects of temperature, type and dosage of demulsifier and dehydrant, mixing intensity, adding sequence of agents on deaquation efficiency of extra-heavy oil was studied. Under the optimum conditions, the water content of extra-heavy oil could be less than 5% when the dosages of both demulsifier and dehydrant were 200 μg·g -1, the temperature of mixing and settling were 90 ℃ and 85 ℃ respectively, and the settling time was 36 h. Moreover, the viscosity of treated oil was reduced more than 40%.
