高低压脱丙烷精馏系统流程模拟及操作优化

【摘要】 论述了高低压塔脱丙烷精馏系统存在的问题,分析了产生问题的原因,介绍了流程模拟计算的方法和步骤。应用ASPENPLUS对高低压脱丙烷系统进行了模拟计算,并根据计算结果,逐步对系统进行了操作优化。实际操作证明,稳定了高低压脱丙烷系统,节约了能耗,产生了较好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 The problem of the high and low pressure depropanizer distillation system was discussed, and the cause of the problem was analysed. The technique and steps of the process flowsheeting were introduced. The distillation system was simulated using the Aspen Plus software. Based on the calculation results, the operation was optimized step by step. It was proved that the operation was more stable and the energy was saved.
