液压减振器的噪声与内部结构对应关系的探讨
The discussion of relationship between the noise of hydraulic shock absorber and the interior structure
【摘要】 液压减振器的噪声与其内部结构设计存在非常紧密的关系,通过理论推导和试验分析,研究了减振器内部结构与减振器空程冲击性噪声和液体截流噪声之间的关系。为降低或消除这两种减振器噪声,提出了对减振器内部结构如活塞阀系统、底阀系统以及活塞杆等的设计要求。
【Abstract】 There is a close relationship between the noise of hydraulic shock absorber and the interior structure design. Through theoretical eduction and testing analyse, the paper analyzed the relationship between the interior structure and noise based on the outer performance distortion and liquid throttling. To avoid these two kinds of noise, the paper gived some requirements to the internal structure design of shock absorber, such as piston valve system, bottom valve system, piston rod etc.
