铝合金压铸工艺的数值模拟及应用
Numerical Simulation of Die Casting Process of Aluminum Alloy and Its Application
【摘要】 以铝合金压铸件变速器上盖为例,应用Pro/Engineer和ProCAST软件,首先对压铸过程中压铸模具的三维温度场进行了数值模拟,考察了水冷系统对压铸模热平衡的影响;其次对压铸件的充型和凝固进行了三维数值模拟。模拟结果与现生产情况基本一致,为压铸工艺、压铸模具及浇注系统的优化设计提供了依据。
【Abstract】 With the die casting aluminum alloy upper cover of a transmission as the example,with Pro/Engineer and Pro/Cast software,numerical simulation of three dimensional temperature field of die-casting die in the process of die casting is carried out at first and influence of the water cooling system on heat balance of the die-casting die is investigated;Secondly,three-dimension numerical simulation of cavity fill and curing of the die casting part is carried out.The results of simulation are conformable to actual production,which give a reference for optimization design of die-casting processes,die-casting dies and gating systems.
