焊接参数变化对点焊质量的影响
Influence of Variation of Welding Parameters on Spot Welding Quality
【摘要】 逆变式电阻焊电源具有三相电网供电平衡、变压器体积小、电流连续、控制精度高等诸多优点。采用对比试验的方法,在不同的焊接参数下对逆变式与单相交流式两种电阻焊电源的焊点质量和焊机性能进行了比较研究。结果表明,在小电流焊接以及焊接压力波动时,逆变焊机比交流焊机焊接质量稳定,压力波动对焊接质量影响较小。
【Abstract】 The contravariant resistance welding power supply has merits of balance of three-phase network power supplysmall volume of transformercontinuity of electric current and high accuracy of controletc.With the comparative test methodcomparative studies on welding spot quality and performance of welding machine of the contravariant type power supply and the single phase type power supply under different welding parameters are carried out.It is shown thatunder conditions of low current welding or voltage fluctuatingwelding quality of the contravariant type welding machine is more stable and the influence of voltage fluctuation on welding quality is smaller.
