高能球磨碳/铜复合粉末的致密化工艺研究

【摘要】 通过机械合金化方法成功制备了碳/铜复合粉末,使用冷压成形和放电等离子烧结(SPS)2种工艺制备块状试样。结果表明,在140MPa下温度为500℃时,SPS烧结所得试样的相对密度可达97.44%,比1.5G Pa下冷静压成形所得试样的密度高出11%。同样条件下,硬度可达239.33HV左右,是冷静压成形所得试样硬度的2倍。

【Abstract】 C/Cu composite powders were successfully prepared by high-energy ball milling,the consolidated samples were made from powder mixtures with the cold pressing-shaping and spark plasma sintering(SPS)method.The results show that the density of C/Cu sample obtained by sintering at 500 ℃ and under the condition of 140 MPa pressure is found to be as high as 97.44%,11% higher than that under the normal cold statistic pressing of 1.5 GPa.In the same condition,its hardness is up to around 239.33 HV,two times of sample hardness is obtained than that obtained by the clod statistic pressing method.
