利用汽车聚丙烯内饰废弃物制造复合板材的工艺研究
Research of Board Manufacturing by Waste Polypropylene Used in Automobile
【摘要】 对利用汽车聚丙烯内饰废弃物制造复合板材的工艺进行了试验研究。在粉碎后的汽车顶棚聚丙烯废弃物中加入新的聚丙烯、玻璃纤维、偶联剂等,经过烘干、混合、加热、压制等工序制成新复合板材。研究了预热温度、预热时间、加热温度、成型压力和保温时间等工艺参数对板材成型性及力学性能的影响。结果表明,预热温度为110℃、预热时间为20min、加热温度为185℃、成型压力为2.33MPa、保温时间为50min时,板材的压制成型性能和力学性能最佳。
【Abstract】 This article has described a new board which is prepared by adding new polypropylene?glass fiber and coupling agents into the polypropylene compound scrap and then drying,blending,heating and pressing.Effects of temperature,pressure and holding time on the shaped capability and mechanical properties of the board were studied. The results show that the optimum conditions for shaped capability and mechanical properties of the board are as followings:2.33 MPa for forming pressure,185 ℃ for heating temperature 50 minutes for holding temperature time,110 ℃ pre-heating temperature and 20 minutes for pre-heating time.
