【Abstract】 In recent years, information professionals have put much emphasis on the selection, evaluation, organization and utilization of network information resources. It is their important responsibility to make network information resources accessible and usable to information users. This paper introduces a project of Guide to Network Scientific & Technical Information Resources initiated by National Scientific & Technical Library. The experiences are summarized.
