【Abstract】 The article analyzes the differences between China and foreign countries in collecting and utilizing foreign language periodicals.It proposes to construct a national"sample storehouse"for foreign language academic periodicals.Four problems that should be paid attention to in the construction of "sample storehouse"and the role of"sample storehouse"are discussed in the hope of making the storage level of foreign language academic periodicals in China suited to the need of the development of scientific research.更多还原
