中美数字参考咨询服务模式比较研究
Comparison of Digital Reference Service Mode Between China and USA
【摘要】 本文概述了数字参考咨询服务模式,并对中美两国数字参考咨询服务的现状进行了阐述。并通过10个对比指标,对中美两国数字参考咨询服务模式进行了比较研究。最后提出了我国图书馆数字参考咨询的发展趋势与方向。
【Abstract】 The article reviewed the digital reference service(DRS)mode,and described the status of DRS mode betweem China and USA.The comparison study of DRS mode between China and USA is made through 10 predictors.Finally,it brought some development trends and progresses of DRS in our country.
