【摘要】本文从探讨政务信息公开过程中文件利用研究现状出发 ,对近年在我国出现的文件利用研究进行了理论研讨 ,具体总结概括了文件利用的政策依据和法律保障 ,提出了文件利用的价值及其意义 ,并对文件利用的生长点与发展方向提出了三个设想。更多还原
