表(界)面张力等温曲线法评价乳化剂的乳化能力

【摘要】 目的采用表(界)面张力等温曲线比较法评价泊洛沙姆等乳化剂的乳化能力。方法用表(界)面张力测定法测定乳化剂在相同温度不同浓度下的表(界)面张力降低值,绘制表(界)面张力等温曲线,比较乳化剂乳化作用的强弱。结果国产泊洛沙姆188的表(界)面张力降低值与聚山梨酯相近,与进口泊洛沙姆188差异非常小,优于国产泊洛沙姆108。以鸦胆子油为模型药物以不同的泊洛沙姆制备乳剂,测定乳剂粒度及物理稳定性评价乳化剂的乳化能力,其结果与上述结果相同。结论乳化剂表(界)面张力等温线比较法用于评价乳化剂的乳化能力是可行的。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate emulsifiability of emulsifying agent by method of comparative isotherm of the surface(interfacial) tension.Methods Emulsifiability were determined by reduced surface(interfacial) tension with different concentration at the same temperature,a isotherm of was drawn to compare emulsifiabilities of different emulsifiers.Results The surface(interfacial) tension of poloxamer 188 which was made in our lab was near to that of Tween-80 was of little difference with poloxamer 188 which was imported,and was superior to poloxamer 108,Brucea javanica(L.)Merr.oil emulsion were prepared with admixture emulsifier of soybean lecithin and different species of poloxamer,the emulsifiability of emulsifying agent was appraised by particle size distribution and parameter of emulsion stability(KE),the results was same as that mentioned above.Conclusions It is feasible to estimate emulsifiability to the method of isothermal curve of the surface(interfacial) tension.
