高等学校适度负债发展有关问题的探讨
Questions Concerning the Development of Colleges and Universities Being in Moedrate Debt
【摘要】 随着高等教育体制改革的不断深化,负债已被正式纳入高等学校财务管理的内容。本文就高等学校适度负债发展的有关问题作一探讨。
【Abstract】 Debt has been brought into financial management of colleges and universities due to the deep reform of higher educational institutes.This paper deals with the development of colleges and universities being in moderate debt.
