【摘要】 实践证明,决定跳远成绩的好坏有诸多因素,如:助跑、助跑与起跳的结合、起跳角度、空中动作、落地技术等,其中助跑的目的就是获得更快的水平速度。据统计资料测算的结果,助跑速度和跳远成绩的相关系数为0.96。因此不难看出助跑速度因素的取得是极为重要的,是获得跳远成绩的最重要的基础条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Practice proved, there are so many factors that can determine the results of broad jump. For example, running-up, the combination of running-up and taking-off, the angle of taking-off, the actions in the air and the technique of falling to the ground and so on. Among them all, the goal of running-up is to gain much faster horizontal speed. According to the statistical measuring results, the coefficient between runing-up speed and the results of long jump is 0.96. thus it is clear to say the gaining of runing-up speed is very important.
