【Abstract】 University’s moral education is implementing with the foundation of the “national policy which manages state affairs by morality", is an important respect of the implementation of "Guidelines on the Building of Citizen Morality". So network could be as the extension of the university’s moral education, humane education as its environment to exert a positive influence on students, social practice education as way of gaining morality experience, and at last, instructing university life as important means to conduct their morality activities.
