【摘要】 利用电导率法和可溶性糖法对五个酿酒葡萄品种(西拉、赤霞珠、梅鹿辄、蛇龙珠、玫瑰香)的抗寒性进行了鉴定。结果表明:在宁夏地区不同酿酒葡萄品种抗寒性存在着明显的差别,它们抗寒性强弱依次为赤霞珠>西拉>蛇龙珠>梅鹿辄>玫瑰香。更多还原

【Abstract】 Comparison of the cold hardiness of five wine grapevines (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Gernischet, Muscat Hamburg) by using the two methods of conductivity and soluble sugar.The results shows: the cold hardiness of different wine grapevines is obviously different. The order of the cold hardiness from strong to weak is Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cabernet Gernischet, Merlot, Muscat Hamburg.更多还原
