【Abstract】 To study the change of the ultrastructure of pancreas in rat with age and to provide a reference for the pancreas transplantation,The results show the gland cell of exocrine and the B cell of endocrine part were presented the structural change that related to the age.The distribution of the islet was most in pancreatic tail in young rat.It is suggested that the donor for pancreas transplantation,which is best from the pan creatic tail of infancy,next one is from the young,but it is not suitable from the aged.更多还原
