单组分常温自交联水性聚氨酯的合成和性能研究
Synthesis and Properties of One-pack Self-crosslinkable Waterborne Polyurethane
【摘要】 用双丙酮丙烯酰胺和二乙醇胺制备的含酮羰基的二元醇3-[二-(2-羟乙基)]胺基-N(1,1-二甲基-3-丁酮)丙酰胺作为聚氨酯扩链剂,通过外加己二酸二酰肼得到单组分常温自交联的水性聚氨酯。利用紫外分光光度计对反应程度进行跟踪,考察转化率与时间和温度的关系;利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对不同反应时间的反应物进行表征;利用傅立叶表面红外光谱对交联反应进行表征,同时考察了交联对胶膜的交联度、耐水、耐溶剂及力学性能的影响。实验表明,合成的单组分常温自交联水性聚氨酯具有贮存稳定性,常温下在成膜过程中发生交联,交联使胶膜的耐水性、耐溶剂性及力学性能得到提高。
【Abstract】 A perfect effection single composite self-crosslinkable polyurethane with carbonyl -functional group pendant were obtained using a dihydroxyketon as a chain expand through Micheal addition reaction between Diethanolamine and Diacetone acrylamide . Crosslinking reaction were observed even at ambient temperature . The compositions display marverlouse storage stabilities without loss of crosslinking reactivity. The relationship of translate rate and time of the reaction between diacetone acrylamide and diethylamine was determined by UV. Characterize the crosslinking between the keto group and the hydrazine group by FT-IR..The properties of film were tested, Study indicated the film from the title dispersion have good waterproof, antiorganic and excellent mechanics.
