微波辅助麻栎壳斗单宁浸提的研究
Study on Microwave-Assisted Extraction of Sawtooth Oak Cupule Tannin
【摘要】 研究了利用微波辅助从麻栎壳斗中提取单宁的方法,通过正交试验优化了提取技术条件,得到在固液比 为1:20、85℃的水溶液中,用功率为375W的微波辐照15min的最佳条件下,麻栎壳斗中的单宁总含量为 26.94%,前两级提取率为92.83%。与传统提取法相比,此法提取率高,省溶剂,大大提高了提取效率,降低 能耗。
【Abstract】 In this paper the method of microwave-assisted extraction was described,and with this means the sawtooth oak cupule tannin was extracted . The best technological conditions were selected by orthogonal design. The optimum conditions for extracting the tannin from sawtooth oak cupule were: the ratio of water to cupule 20:1,the solution temperature 85℃, the microwave power 375W, and irradiation time 15min, the stages of extraction 2. The extraction rate of total tannin, which was 26.94%, was 92.83%. The results demonstrated higher rate and efficiency by MAE in addition to the saving of solvent and energy compared to the tradition methods.
