【Abstract】 The purpose of loyalty principle is in the certian course of balancing profit that formed in certian liable moral basis. Helpful to augment efficiency, lessen dealing costs, promote exchanging amount are its economic feature. In economy, the more developing the more requirements to the market body to be honest. Being the principal body of market, what are the dealers loyal plane like, not just straightforwardly affect on the cultivation of social public loyalty, but also directly determine the construction and improvement of our country’s credit system.
