【Abstract】 The European integration process has come to a crisis when France and Netherlands voted against the “EU Constitution Treaty” in the May and June this year. To understand the nature of the “EU Constitution Treaty” and its impact over European integration, as well as the problems that the crisis revealed, Shandong University hosted an international conference to discuss the relevant issues.
