MEP在吉兰-巴雷综合征患者中的应用价值
Application of magnetic stimulation motor evoked potentials in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome
【摘要】 目的:探讨磁刺激运动诱发电位(MEP)在吉兰-巴雷综合征(GBS)中的诊断价值。方 法:对20例GBS患者进行磁刺激MEP检测,分别刺激皮层、CV 6-7、T 12、L 4-5、Erb点、肘部及腘窝 以测定中枢及周围神经传导时间,并以20例健康正常人作对照。结果:GBS患者中枢及周围神经传导 时间明显长于对照组,MEP异常率为85%。结论:GBS患者磁刺激MEP检测时中枢神经及周围神经 传导时间延长,MEP阳性率高。MEP对GBS的早期诊断有重要价值。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic stimuation motor evoked poten-tiais(MEP) in patients with Guillain-Barre syndrome(GMS). Methods:Magnetic stimulation was adopted to determine the conductive function of peripheral and central nerves in 20 GBS patients by stimulating cortex,C6/7,T12,L4/5 ,Erb’s,elbow,and popliteal fossa. Twenty normal subjects were also examined to served as control. Results:The latency(including the peripheral and central conduction time)of MEP was found prolonged significantly in GBS group as compared with the control group. The abnormality rate of MEP was 85%. Conclusions:MEP may improve the positive rate of diagnosis for GBS patients and plays an important role in the early diagnosis for acute GBS.
