【Abstract】 Herbicide 3-(7-chloro-5-fluoro-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-4-yl)-5-(1-methylethylidene)-1,3-oxazolidine-2,4-dione is obtained through the addition cyclization of 7-chloro-5-fluoro-4-isocyanato-2,2-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran and ethyl(2-hydroxy-3-methylbut-3-enoate with a yield of 70% and purity of 97.8%. Struc-ture of the product is confirmed by CIMS and HNMR. Greenhouse evaluation showed that RZH-01-004 has goodherbicidal activity against most broadleaf weeds.更多还原
