【Abstract】 research the influence of survival percent of virus-free potato test tube shoot,was made under four factors : days of training plantlet ,temperature , humidity and reagent. The result indicates , days of training plantlet is 6 days, cuttage temperature is 22 degrees Centigrade, humidity 98%, IBA90ppm is the best cuttage condition , cuttage shoot survival percent is high, state of taking root is good, the growing situation of the plant is strong.更多还原
