【摘要】 采用气相色谱法,选用OV-17填充柱,以正二十烷为内标物,分离测量混剂中的乙草胺、扑草净的含量。方法的变异系数乙草胺为0.96%,扑草净为1.49%,回收率分别为99.6%和99.8%。该方法具有快速准确的特点,可以作为检测乙扑混剂的分析方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The method was established by GC on OV-17 column. n-Eicosane was used as the internal standard. The coefficients of variation of acetochlor and prometyne were 0.96% and 1.49% respectively, and the revovery were 99.6% and 99.8%, respectively.
